COMMITMENT TO QUALITY

At its outset, 10novate invested in a quality management system, whose objectives are measurable, continuous improvement in the satisfaction of customers; sustained employee satisfaction; and ongoing improvements to internal practices. We recognize our customer's appraisal of our performance is critically important to our overall reputation and that our customers' satisfaction is the key factor in our overall success.

Our management philosophy emphasizes both quality and efficiency. This emphasis helps us to rapidly respond to different customer needs, while at the same time maintaining the highest level of quality in every service delivered in accordance with the ISO 9001:2008 quality standard. We regularly review and improve our internal processes to ensure prior and developed technical knowledge is incorporated in the research, development and production of new solutions.

We use 10plet®, 10novate’s methodology, to plan, design, develop, and deliver products and services that achieve our customer's requirements. 10plet® provides a comprehensive set of customizable management and technical processes, procedures, and development life-cycle models. It is based on industry standards and best practices from CMMI®, the Project Management Institute; the International Organization for Standardization (ISO); the International Council on Systems Engineering/INCOSE Corporation; and years of experience on a wide range of programs. We incorporate Scrum procedures that help propel project management through a less linear approach, accelerating project pace while allowing for flexibility.
