Our management philosophy emphasizes both quality and efficiency. We regularly review and improve our internal processes to ensure prior and developed technical knowledge is incorporated in the research, development and production of new solutions.
We use 10plet®, 10novate’s methodology, to plan, design, develop, and deliver products and services that achieve our customer's requirements. 10plet® provides a comprehensive set of customizable management and technical processes, procedures, and development life-cycle models. It is based on industry standards and best practices from CMMI®, the Project Management Institute; the International Organization for Standardization (ISO); the International Council on Systems Engineering/INCOSE Corporation; and years of experience on a wide range of programs. We incorporate Scrum procedures that help propel project management through a less linear approach, accelerating project pace while allowing for flexibility.
Tricia is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of 10novate.
Tricia’s passion has long centered on the integration of data and disparate systems as applied to the Federal government and its role in serving American citizens. She is an unapologetic believer in automation and its potential to enhance productivity and drive measurable outcomes for government customers.
Tricia began her career as a journalist with the Kiplinger Washington Editors where she identified and wrote about trends affecting the American people and marketplace. Subsequently, she moved into the technology industry and has since built more than 20 years’ experience assessing and developing government IT software, hardware and services solutions. Her expertise developed from work within a wide variety of IT companies, including a small disadvantaged business (Vistronix), mid-size integrators (Acentia and SI International), a leading-edge software product company (MicroStrategy), and multi-billion dollar organizations (SAIC, Lockheed Martin, and Raytheon).
She holds two Masters degrees—one in Communications from the American University, the other in Science, Technology and Public Policy from the George Washington University. She is a graduate of the 2002 Industry Advisory Council (IAC) Partners Program, an executive development program which pairs future leaders from the IT industry and the Federal government to promote mutual understanding and knowledge exchange. Ms. Iveson has chaired panels and provided presentations at national and executive-level conferences on many facets of government IT, including business intelligence, data warehousing, IT consolidation, privacy, and cross-agency project management and governance structures. She holds a current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Ms. Iveson actively participates in organizations such as the American Council for Technology - Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC), TechAmerica, and the Professional Services Council. She served as an elected member of the Executive Committee of ACT-IAC from 2006 to 2010. In 2005, Ms. Iveson was honored by IAC for her work in government/industry collaboration on advancing government IT with IAC’s Individual Contributor of the Year Award.
Thomas is co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of 10novate.
An entrepreneur and operations executive with more than 13 years of experience supportingFederal government projects, Thomas leads the execution of 10novate’s strategy. He provides the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems are in-place to effectively grow 10novate and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.
In previous roles, Thomas has led high-performance teams and demonstrated exceptional customer relations by maintaining direct contact with every client and partner. His customer and employee orientation promotes an environment driven toward creative solutions that exceed client expectations.
Thomas graduated from the University of Surrey in London, England.
